Together with Splunk, we’ve integrated their Core User certification into our Cybersecurity Analyst course, a 15-week intensive designed to prepare learners for roles such as cybersecurity associates and support specialists. In addition to technical training, learners receive professional development coaching and career navigation tools, enabling them to enter and grow within the tech workforce.

Since 2018, Splunk has supported our expansion through both unrestricted funding and technology access, helping us scale from 16 to 24 campuses. That support has led to real results: four Per Scholas graduates are now full-time cybersecurity professionals at Splunk.

Our work with Cisco and Splunk exemplifies what’s possible when employers invest in talent development and open up access to opportunity. It’s a model of what industry-led workforce development looks like—and it’s working.
