A new Cisco blog highlights our collaboration with Splunk and Cisco to equip more learners with the hands-on experience and credentials needed to enter high-growth cyber roles. It’s a partnership rooted in purpose: giving learners from underserved communities a path to meaningful careers while delivering job-ready talent to the companies that need them most.
“Our partnership with Splunk has been transformative, equipping our learners with cutting-edge skills in data analytics and cybersecurity that prepare them for the future of work.”
– Plinio Ayala, CEO, Per Scholas
Together with Splunk, we’ve integrated their Core User certification into our Cybersecurity Analyst course, a 15-week intensive designed to prepare learners for roles such as cybersecurity associates and support specialists. In addition to technical training, learners receive professional development coaching and career navigation tools, enabling them to enter and grow within the tech workforce.
Since 2018, Splunk has supported our expansion through both unrestricted funding and technology access, helping us scale from 16 to 24 campuses. That support has led to real results: four Per Scholas graduates are now full-time cybersecurity professionals at Splunk.
Our work with Cisco and Splunk exemplifies what’s possible when employers invest in talent development and open up access to opportunity. It’s a model of what industry-led workforce development looks like—and it’s working.
