Federal Government Recommends Skill-Based Hiring for Cyber Jobs

With the increase in cybersecurity threats, the White House is helping to find a solution for the serious need for cyber talent. Along with the federal government, they are forgoing the college degree requirements and moving to skills-based hiring for an entire series of technical employees.
